Student Mail

Mailbox locations:

  • Mailboxes are located in the lower level of the Stockdale Center for students housed in all dorms.

  • Mailboxes are located in the basement of each building for students housed in Founder’s Village. Outgoing mail is picked up around noon Monday-Friday.

  • Mailboxes are located in the basement of Pattee Hall and Peterson Hall, however, no mail pickup is available in these dorms. Outgoing mail should be taken to the mailroom at Stockdale Center for pickup.

Important: To expedite your delivery, please have the correct name, address/department packages need to be delivered to.

Approximate U.S. mail delivery/pickup times:

Mail is generally distributed by 10:30 a.m. Monday thru Friday. Mail is picked up in Stockdale Center at 11:05 a.m. and 3:40 p.m. for delivery to U.S. Post Office.

UPS/Fed-Ex shipment locations & Pickup times:

Prepaid UPS and Fed-Ex packages will be picked up around 11:00 a.m. Monday-Friday. Any outgoings packages need to be prepared for pickup and delivered to the Student Mailroom in the lower level of the Stockdale Center.

Large package delivery:

Students will receive a notice in mailbox if an incoming parcel is too large for their mailbox. Parcels may be picked up during Student Mailroom hours. The original notice and a signature is required for pickup. If you do not have the notice, you will be required to show your Student ID.

If a peach colored slip is in your mailbox (USPS form 3949) you will be required to go to the Monmouth Post Office at 235 South 1st Street, Monmouth to pick up or sign for a delivery. This is generally for a signature confirmation or insured package.

Forwarding Mail:

During summers and upon graduation, students are required to forward their own mail. The Post Office will not forward any mail. Please leave a current address with the mailroom staff for forwarding until all changes take place.
