Gracie Peterson Hall

Complete in 2007, this building hosts up to 87 students. Centrally air-conditioned, Gracie Peterson Hall, named after long time piano teacher at Monmouth, is a modern, coed living facility with separate quads/triples/double rooms and single rooms for each gender.

Students live in pairs of quads, triples, or double rooms and share a bathroom. Each room has internet along with the regular cable connection. Each quad/triple or a double room has a common telephone jack for the number of students living in them. Single rooms have their own phone jacks. Modern loft style furniture, which can also be bunked, is provided in student rooms. The hall has beautifully decorated modern lounges. Peterson Hall also has a fifteen person capacity Home Theater with a large screen and modern furnishings for student use. Laundry facilities are located in the lower level.
