Enjoy a campus our students love. Beautiful, spacious, friendly and energetic, it’s hard to find a better place to live and to learn.
One of the finest small college campuses in the nation, Monmouth’s facilities reflect a dozen architectural styles. Our new $42 million Center for Science and Business opened in 2013, takes a central place on the elegant campus. Surrounded by fine historic homes, the campus is a short distance from the town square. Every fall local business owners come out to welcome first-year students in the “walkout.”
Faculty and students exchange hellos, the distant sounds of bagpipes or the Carillon lend a unique ambiance, and new students quickly become familiar and at home. Faculty welcome students to their homes, and residence halls and dining locations create interesting programs and activities. Cutting edge scientists, executives, virtuosic musicians, comedians, and archaeologists, visit campus for special events and exchanges with students.
Monmouth’s 112 -acre campus puts classes, dining, and student meeting spaces a short walk from your room. Meet friends for coffee at Einstein’s Bagels, the Scotland Yard cafe, or the Center for Science and Business sandwich shop, and have your choice from a half dozen different food stations in the Main Dining Room. Add it all up and you have a powerful community that learns from and supports one another.
