Public Affairs

The Public Affairs Committee shall be responsible for recommending to the faculty and administration policies relative to the public events on campus.

The committee shall: schedule and promote the College convocation program, solicit and schedule College colloquia, be responsible for procedures governing public events, advise on the various publications of the College and aid in coordination of all campus public events.

The Public Affairs Committee shall be made up of five faculty members and three students. The Director of Alumni Relations, the Director of College Communications, Chaplain, the I.L.A. coordinator(s), and the Director of Campus Events shall be ex officio members. The Director of the Student Center will serve as an administrative aide who will assist the committee in its day-to-day routine.
