Cancellations prior to May 17 will receive a full refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after May 17.
If you need special dietary, lodging or transportation arrangements, please call 309-457-2231.
Alumni and their guests are encouraged to stay on campus in our residence halls. Linens, towels, pillows and blankets (one per bed) are provided. Each bedroom is part of suite. A typical suite arrangement consists of two individual bedrooms with a shared bath. Some suites also feature a shared living room.
Advance reservations are required. Each morning by 6:30 AM, a continental breakfast including coffee, juice, muffins or rolls will be served in the main floor lobby. Each evening, a reception complete with beverages and snacks will be held in the main floor lounge.
Golf carts and shuttles will be available to assist with transportation to and from residence halls and events. We can also assist you if transportation is needed to and from the airport or train. Please contact Alumni Relations at 309-457-2231.
