Religious and Spiritual Life Groups
The Presbyterian House at 815 E. Broadway (across the street from Dahl Chapel) is a hub for religious life on campus. Every Sunday evening from 4:00-6:00pm students are invited to the Presbyterian House for dinner and devotions. Special programs, events and meals are hosted here throughout the year.
An Interfaith Group that offers programs, resources, and service events that bring students of various religious and non-religious backgrounds together to promote dialogue and mutual understanding.
This group meets at 4:00 p.m. on Friday at the Weeks House to practice meditation from a variety of religious traditions and then discuss their experiences of it.
The St. Augustine Newman Center on the corner of 6th and Detroit is at the service of all Catholic students and those interested in Catholicism. The Newman Center offers Bible studies, study space and free WiFi, and regular community events such as dinners on first Sundays of the month. Colorful Voices of Praise Gospel Choir
This group uses gospel music and arts rooted in the black church to contribute educationally, culturally and socially to the life of Monmouth College.
A non-denominational Christian group that meets for bible study and fellowship at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesdays in the Highlander Room.
Campus Outreach is an inter-denominational organization that leads students in bible study and fellowship.
FCA (Fellowship of Christian Athletes)
meets weekly on Sundays at 8:00pm in HAC 1010 or 1012 for Christian fellowship, devotion, and discussion.
