The process is simple! You can print the form, fill it out, and drop it off at our Dining Services office.
The box lunch request form is also available in the Dining Services office. We would be glad to help you complete your order form.
Please submit one form for each lunch you are requesting.
If you are a student teacher, we suggest filling out a different form for each day of the week so that you don't get the same meal every day.
You can change your box lunch choices whenever you like simply by submitting a new form and canceling the old one. Each box lunch is made fresh just for you.
