The Department of Intramurals and Rec. Sports recognizes that there are a wide variety of groups and individuals on campus with a desire to participate in recreational activities. The Department has established the following policies and procedures to help ensure the safest and most efficient utilization of available facilities.
General use guidelines for all facilities
- No gum, sunflower seeds or tobacco of any kind
- No golf clubs or other implements that can harm turf
- No alcohol
- No glass
- Only behavior that is mindful of the safety of other athletes and recreational sport participants
The following facilities are available for informal use by students, faculty and staff when varsity athletic contests or practices and recreational or intramural sports competitions are not scheduled.
Schedules can be accessed on the Athletics website and should be reviewed prior to play to avoid unnecessary interruptions and conflicts.

Formal use - Reservation Only
The following facilities are available for use by students, faculty and staff by reservation only. Reservation Request forms are available on the Calendar Request Form website and also from the Huff Athletic Office located in the Barnes Educational Wing of the Huff Athletic Center.
