Students sponsoring events in the Residence Halls, Founders Village, the Fraternity Complex, and the Theme Houses are required to register these events with the Office of Student Affairs.
An event registration form available in the Office of Student Affairs must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the date of the event.
Sponsored events in the academic buildings, the Wells Theater, the Underground, the Dahl Chapel and Auditorium, the Stockdale Center, Dunlap Plaza, Wallace lawn, the Huff Center and the Quad must be registered with the Stockdale Center Office.
Depending on availability of space, the Stockdale Center will make reservations on a first come first serve basis. Events should be scheduled at least two weeks in advance.
