The goal of the Wellness Program through the Trotter Fitness Complex is to enhance the healthy development of the mind, body, and spirit of members of the campus community through physical exercise, health and fitness awareness in a well maintained environment.
We strive to foster an environment which encourages members of the campus community to engage in and promote a healthy way of living through physical activity and making healthy decisions in all aspects of life.

We have the answer for you--Fitness Assistants. Fitness Assistants will be available
during posted hours in the Trotter Fitness Complex or by individual appointment to
help you with your needs.

Run For Your Life
This is a semester long program. The goal is to complete a number of miles by doing
a variety of exercises, including swimming, biking, walking or running. Complete your
predetermined miles and
receive a T-Shirt. Start keeping track of your miles today in the binder located at the desk in the Trotter Fitness Complex.
