The Panhellenic Council of Monmouth College, in effort to further invest and encourage involvement on the Monmouth College campus, offers an opportunity for first-year Monmouth College students to apply for the Excellence in Scholarship and Excellence in Leadership Awards. The Panhellenic Council is a representative body of the three women’s sororities that are located on Monmouth College Campus; Alpha Xi Delta, Kappa Kappa Gamma, and Pi Beta Phi. These organizations encourage personal growth and development, through service, philanthropy, and leadership. Both of these $100 rewards are designed to recognize two female identifying who exemplify the principals of these organizations. Application to these awards in no way requires one to join. The Excellence in Scholarship Award of is rewarded to a woman who has shown profound success in academics and The Excellence in Leadership Award will be rewarded to a female identifying student who has demonstrated herself as a leader in her extra-curricular activities and service to her community.
