Scots Day of Service
What is Scots Day of Service?
Scots Day of Service is a day that occurs each fall semester in which students at Monmouth College volunteer within the local community at pre-assigned locations.
Who can participate?
Any registered student at Monmouth College can participate. Students can register individually or as members of their student organization.
What happens during the day?
The day starts off at 11:00am with everybody meeting at the Stockdale Center for a lunch program. Students then head out to their site and spend time volunteering and helping others.
Why should I participate?
Scots Day of Service is a great way to spend time with your friends, meeting new people, and helping our neighbors in the community who are in need of help or assistance. It can also fulfill service requirements for certain student organizations.
